The Academy meets on Wednesdayafternoons from 3:30—5:30 p.m. and utilizes the gifts of teens and adults of all ages to help our students expand their horizons.

Homework Club
Time for the students to work on homework with direction and basic tutoring from teens and adults. Our mentors are there to encourage and support in a stress-free environment.
Games
Time to run off that extra energy that has built up during the day, and time to have fun with new friends. Children will play a variety of games including parachutes, community-building games, traditional games, and board games for rainy days
Enrichment
Special guests will introduce the children to a wide variety of new experiences, skills, and crafts. Planned subjects include drawing, photography, sign language, woodworking, gardening, and even a visit from the Alameda County Fire Department.
